S. do Nazard (PA), attract thousands of pilgrims.Um dito numa pequena loja em Itaparica (BA): "Tudo que tenho me foi dado por Deus." Exemplos de fervor religioso entre os católicos são ainda comuns como atestam os numerosos templos espalhados pelo país, tais como o de N. S. Aparecida (SP), Bom Jesus da Lapa (BA), Juazeiro do Norte (CE) ou Nossa Senhora de Nazaré (PA), os quais atraem milhares de peregrinos.
