Abstract
Papers and abstracts from the Seventh Annual Himalayan Policy Research Conference (HPRC) held at the Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club in Madison, WI. The event was a pre-conference proceeding of the 41st South Asian Conference at the University of Wisconsin, Madison on October 11, 2012.
