Abstract: The University of New Mexico – Valencia Campus (UNMVC) retained the Bureau of Business and Economic Research (BBER) to survey local organizations about their perceptions of the current workforce and their training and educational needs. A phone survey was conducted over a ten day period during the last week of May and the first week of June 2005. The collected data were categorized into three broad areas: respondent profile, workforce demographics, and educational needs.
