Abstract: This multilateral agreement establishes PETROCARIBE as the executing body for energy policies and plans, aimed at the integration of the Caribbean peoples, through the sovereign use of energy and natural resources for the direct benefit of their people. It states that PETROCARIBE will be in charge of coordinating and managing all aspects related to the energy relations at the signatory countries, in accordance with this agreement.
