Abstract: Approves the agreement between the Governments of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama to create the Central America Electrification Council, which will be in charge of achieving the better use of the energy resources of the Countries by means of an efficient, rational and appropriate generation, transmission and distribution of electricity between the countries of Central America.
