Description

Electronic Health Records (EHR) are becoming more common in today\'s modern health care systems. However, gathering key clinical data by nurses, pharmacists and physicians in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner is still problematic. However, just as with banking and the Internet, there are "automated" methods that help solve these problems. This presentation discusses these methods and shows how they are used in the clinical setting.
