Abstract
This technical document contains the Justification for the Class III Permit Modification request for Site 1101. Contained within this document is the history of the site, descriptions of any investigations and/or remediation completed at the site, the regulatory background, and the rationale for the proposed future land-use of this site. This document supersedes the July 2004 Justification for the Class III Permit Modification request for Site 1101. The July 2004 submittal is available in hard copy format through Zimmerman Library or the NMED Administrative Record.
