Abstract:	This is a report of a visit to the Instituto Brasileiro de Informação em Ciência e Tecnologia (IBICT) by members of the University of New Mexico TICFIA grant working group. This is the report on technological findings regarding open access and electronic publishing in Brazil; part B. The major report (PtA) is archived under author Cynthia Radding and describes the general content of two consecutive symposia in Brasilia.
