Abstract

Establishes the norms to develop the constitutional rights for a safe, healthy and ecologically balanced environment. Art. 38 states that in the process of environment education, the knowledge of indigenous communities will be considered, as well as their techniques associated with the use of natural resources and ecological harmonic ways of life.
