Abstract
This ordinance aims to regulate, under the general rules provided for in the Public Service Electricity Act, cases and the conditions under which applicants for public electricity service must make contributions to carry out specific works, or expand or modify existing works, and those in which the provider can agree with the electricity refund of contributions.
